This project is an expansion of the already existing Palmera Ridge community. Palmera Bluff is a single-family development located in the City of Leander consisting of 83 lots. JBC was contracted to provide a turnkey project consisting of excavation, embankment, water, wastewater, drainage, and streets.

This project consists of the intersection improvements at FM 1660N and Limmer Loop including grading, flexible base, asphalt paving, drainage structures, bridge class culvert, traffic signal, signing, waterline, pavement markings, and sidewalk/shared use path construction.
